Sales Development Representative

Thrasker is a fast-growing digital agency based in Florida, specializing in branding, website design, and digital marketing for businesses across the United States. We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is confident making outbound cold calls, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and is motivated by earning potential. This opportunity is also a great fit for professionals with experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Outbound Sales Representative, Appointment Setter, Lead Generation Specialist, or Inside Sales Representative. These titles often involve similar responsibilities and transferable outbound sales experience. This is not an entry-level sales position. We're looking for someone who already understands outbound prospecting and is ready to contribute from day one.

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers
• Prospect and engage potential clients using verified lead lists
• Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward
• Accurately track all activity in our CRM
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Take ownership of your pipeline and performance

• Base Salary: $40,000-$50,000
• Uncapped Commission
• Performance Bonuses
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000-$120,000
• Your income is directly tied to your performance. The stronger your results, the more you earn.

• Previous experience in outbound cold calling, SDR, BDR, appointment setting, inside sales, lead generation, or outbound sales
• Confidence speaking with business owners over the phone
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• A competitive mindset and strong work ethic
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Experience using a CRM is preferred
